A rosé that tells the story of Sicily with lightness and grace. The nose reveals delicate, bright Mediterranean aromas; on the palate, it is smooth, balanced and pleasantly savoury. It is the wine of outdoor dining, of laughter that lasts until sunset and for simple moments that become memories.

Pairing

Fresh and harmonious, it enhances Mediterranean cuisine, made of genuine ingredients and authentic flavours. Perfect with pasta with tomato and basil, seafood salad or grilled vegetables. It is perfect as an aperitif, alongside Mediterranean-style bruschetta, and pairs well with fresh creamy cheeses such as burrata or crescenza.

Watering Can

A simple and indispensable tool in rural life, the watering can was used to irrigate vegetable patchs, gardens and small plots of land. Made of tin or zinc, it allowed water to be distributed evenly over crops, especially the youngest and most delicate ones. Watering was carried out in the early morning or at sunset, when the heat was less intense. Farmers filled the watering can at the well or cistern and walked up and down the rows several times, ensuring the plants received the nourishment necessary to grow healthy and strong. A humble yet essential tool, the watering can represent daily care and constant attention to the land—key elements for ensuring a bountiful harvest.
